Programs

Our organization offers two employment training programs: the Propulsion-Formation-Emploi (PFE) program and the Projet préparatoire à l'emploi (PPE) program. Both initiatives provide personalized support, encouraging each participant to develop and acquire essential professional skills. Additionally, these programs include a two-year follow-up and employability development training to ensure the professional success of everyone involved. Thanks to these training programs, our organization proudly maintain a job or study placement rate of over 75%.
