Since 1999, Éclipse has distinguished itself as a socio-professional integration organization that serves as a stepping stone to inclusion for all individuals who ask for our assistance.

We are deeply committed to those distanced from the job market. Whether due to personal challenges, newcomer status, lack of professional qualifications or other obstacles, Éclipse transforms these challenges into opportunities. Our passionate and dedicated team of experienced trainers and dedicated practitioners support these people. Together, we pave the way to employability and success.

Éclipse is a true home of inclusion, supporting the professional growth of every individual wishing to develop and acquire the skills required for successful professional integration. We celebrate the values of the social economy and the protection of our environment throughout our manufacturing process, ensuring that we create stylish and sustainable products. Our social mission is to create a meaningful impact that endures over time.

At the heart of our success lies citizen’s donations of second-hand items, an important initiative for us. We collect used clothing, textiles and banners to give them a second life. We transform clothing and textiles into products for children and advertising banners into practical, usseful objects (such as pencil cases, bags, wallets, etc.). In doing so, we contribute to preserving our environment.

It also enables us to promote the social and professional integration of people enrolled in our training programs (our Propulsion-Formation-Emploi and Projet Préparatoire à l’Emploi programs), as each recycled or revalorized object supports our social mission while also contributing to the well-being of our local community.
